How to Use the Website

  1. View each video one at a time and do the drills contained in each video.
  2. Fill out the “Contact Us” page to discuss your results with Tracy
  3. Once Tracy has reviewed your results and told you to move to the next lesson, go to the next lesson.
  4. Rinse and repeat for each lesson.
  5. When you complete lesson 3, read the area below it and follow instructions.
  6. Please fill out the feedback form (link on bottom of lesson 3)
  7. If you want to continue with Bio-Visual Focus training and Tracy approves it, go to: Purchase information section
